I have a geothermal heat pump system in my house. I noticed my electric bill was really high one month so i called out a local service company. Their technician was not very courteous, wasn’t here for very long, and was very vague regarding the problem with my system. He informed me that the problem was fixed. The next month my electric bill was even higher. I didn’t know who to call. I had seen an Airmaster truck at my neighbor’s house over the years, so i asked their opinion of them. They said they had used Airmaster for 15 years and wouldn’t dream of calling anyone else. I decided to take their information and call them out to my house. Their office ladies were very nice in setting my appointment and understood my problem when i described it to them. Their technician showed up at my house on time in a clean uniform, and when he came inside, he put covers over his boots. I have never had a service man do that before. He was there for about an hour to diagnose the problem and gave me my option to take care of the problem. When putting the cost of the repair with the age of the unit, it made more sense for me to replace my geothermal unit. At this point, the technician referred me to their comfort consultant who visited with me and went over all my options for a replacement. It was very nice to be in control of everything that was going on. We picked out a unit with a higher efficiency rating and set up an installation date that night! Two days later, their installers came out and installed the new unit. Your installers were very kind and courteous. They kept their work area very clean and didn’t track any dirt through my house. Now that the whole situation is over, i have thanked my neighbor a multiple amount of times for their recommendation of using Airmaster. My electric bills are back down, actually lower, because my new unit is more efficient. It is a lot more quiet than my old unit. I also now have an annual service agreement with Airmaster. It’s nice to have someone i know i can call whenever i need something with my heating and cooling system.

I wanted to send a quick note to let you know what a wonderful job Airmaster Heating and Cooling has done for my family. We had a 10 year old furnace and AC that was put in by the builder. When cold weather started, our system stopped heating at all and we were freezing.

Because we had heard good reports about your company from friends, we called Airmaster Heating and Cooling so you could look into our problem. That same day an Airmaster technician showed up and began diagnosing the issue. It was about an hour later that he told us the bad news and then showed us EXACTLY what had happened to our furnace. IT runs out we needed a new heat pump and cooling system. After taking time to check out a few other companies for a cost comparison, we gave Airmaster the go ahead to do the work.

Another technician came out to the house and before the day was over we had a new heating and cooling unit installed and working in our home. The work Airmaster performed was quick and efficient.

I just wanted to pass along some comments about the service my husband and I have received from Airmaster. My husband and I have been using Airmaster for approximately two years now and have been extremely pleased with the service your company provides. We previously used another well known heating/cooling company who kept telling us we needed a new furnace and heat pump and that ours was too old to fix even though it was only 15 years old. Every Airmaster technician we’ve called out to our house has been able to fix our equipment quickly and with no problem. We also appreciate the reasonable prices. The other company we used typically charged us anywhere from $800 to $1500 each time they came to fix something and your company only charges a portion of that. Airmaster’s technicians are also extremely nice and helpful. Jarrod, the last technician to come to our house helped us figure out why we were not getting heat/air to our 2nd level. This is a problem we’ve had for the 10 years we have lived in this house and our 2nd level finally feels comfortable.
