Several years ago, I worked for a large heating, ventilation and air conditioning company and was not in agreement with many of their established business practices. I just didn't feel good about the way they treated their customers. There is a point in which we have to "give in" and let things be because that is how they are or demonstrate that we have the courage to change them. I had a vision to do things the right way but felt stuck under someone else's rules. I wanted to run a business based on honesty - not scare tactics or fine print. To do that is to be authentic, genuine, awake, and alive. Unhappiness is a great motivator. I have the courage to change things which is why I now own Airmaster Heating and Cooling. We are decidedly different kind of heating and cooling company because we believe in treating people right. I think you will find our approach refreshing.
